Overview
It is a platform for collaborative work among project members and the work entrance for employees, providing detailed projects, task information and resources for each project member. Therefore, it can assist each member to acquire information and project progress related to his work in real time, enabling information and resource share at enterprise level and parallel work between different tasks and teams. The result it to greatly reduce production cycle from R&D, trial-manufacture to design finalization, and improve product R&D quality and maximize product and enterprise's marketing competence.

Functions
Personal Affair Management. Just like a smart assistant, it is able to automatically "move" finished tasks to employee's desktop, arranged in the order (tasks with highest emergency to the lowest), making employee not miss any important and urgent tasks; meanwhile, system will automatically record all finished tasks and employee is able to search and trace then at any time; easy application makes work all in order.

Public Information Function, sending public messages to whole enterprise or certain department. These messages include news, regulations, enterprise's latest news and etc. Employees are able to obtain latest information from enterprise or departments, knowing enterprise's latest news.

Personal Message Function provides point-to-point message sending and receiving and is one of the important channels for employees to exchange information and communicate.

Internal BBS provides employees with communication and exchange in greater scale. Working with knowledge management module, it will gradually integrate dispersed information submitted by employees to form knowledge and increases employees' business skills.
