constructs deliverables models and acquire and abstract design

builds a design-reuse-standard-based IP data management center

Supporting IP Design Deliverable Standard
The key to design reuse is design deliverable's standard.
According to project technical features, IPBuilder™
selects IP deliverables standard system, and distribute IP
deliverables to task bearer according to business logic of
IP structure, making it a compulsory submission content.
In order to reduce costs for applying IP standard and help
mid-and-small scale design houses establish reuse function
gradually, the system supports customization for design deliverables.
Through selection of standard design deliverables or self-defined
deliverables, User is able to transfer design achievements
to IP products.
To be Built in Design Flow to Acquire IP Source Data
By building in IP source data to EDA/CAD flow of FlowMaker
management, IPBuilder™ can automatically acquire IP
raw data of design deliverables from version data library.
Quality Verification for IP Design Deliverables
IP source data can be submitted to IP center database after
IP quality verification, before which IP builder provides administrator
with IP Link logic verification methods.
The system creates an IP data buffer between IP source data
and IP center database, confirming integrity and accuracy of
each and every deliverables. Meanwhile, it also submits IP data
generation conditions, running environment configuration and
all relative reports, documents and manuals, ensuring IP data
strictly following IP standard.
IP Data Packaged in XML Format
XML is a product data package format wide accepted in electronic
design filed. According to IP industrial technical standard,
IPBuilder™ adopts XML to organize and pack such engineering
data as IP design deliverables, design methodology, EDA/CAD
running environment, design restriction condtions, running
command script, public data source, and referenced design,
as well as design guide, test guide, verification guide, integration
guide and application guide.
During packaging, IPBuilder™ can also edit IP property
information including name of IP supplier, IP construction
date, IP design techniques, manufacturing techniques, application
fields, information of up- and down-stream firms in IP supply
chain and etc.
IP Management Platform for Provider and Consumer
According to application features of both provider
and consumer, IPBuilder™ constructs LAN-based (application
within company) and WAN-based (remote data transfer between
IP providers and consumers) IP service management platform,
providing many information service including IP product release,
product classification, register management, IP verification,
IP product online evaluation, IP data search, usage rights
