Effectively organizing and managing project scale by WBS
Unison™ uses WBS to define project scale and decompose deliverables from top down into easily manageable tasks and corresponding responsible departments/personnel, specifying work content, duties of each department and working boundaries among departments in the form of tree diagrams.

Based on WBS, users are able to define/divide project scales, determine how detailed plans should be, defines project's detailed budget and set personnel rights in projects; refinement and deployment of project plan are also based on WBS.

Reasonably making project plan, deploying resources and tracking project progress
Unison™ supports multi-level plan decomposition. With the help of WBS, it can decompose work projects borne by each department into tasks for small teams or personnel, making clear tasks' priorities, periods, requests, members and resources, as well as relations between tasks. Unison™ is able to automatically calculate projects' key paths according to task periods, requests and relations, forming a complete network plan of the overall project. It can also, at any time, track project progress, resource usage, expenses and other information during project progression process, providing strong support for managing personnel to control projects.

Through accurate tracking and detailed analysis for project budgets, actual expense and earned value, Unison™ is able to coordinate project progress and weigh project progress and expense conditions, ensuring projects to be finished on time with quality guaranteed.

Unison™ permits project manager to gradually decompose expenditures according to WBS, increasing accuracy of expense budget.

Unison™ is featured with earned value analytical method. It uses project expenses/progress to fully measure and monitor projects, and directly displays analysis results using S curve and other various charts, providing decision-making support for managing level to coordinate project progress and expenses.
