Unison™ project initiation management module emphasizes on managing project process from submission to approve and is used for preparation and decision-making for enterprise to manage projects. This module is able to effectively manage project request, relative documents and project initiation check before initiation, ensuring project's execution and preciseness and reducing risks in earlier times.

Unison™ project evaluation project assists enterprise to achieve project close-circle management. Enterprises, through project evaluation, are able to evaluate project execution status, sum up experiences, track project achievements and realize continuous improvement of project management, therefore to maximize project operational performances.

Unison™ project initiation management module includes functions like project initiation management, request management, deliverable management, scheme management, feasibility report management and audit management; it is composed of two major flows - work business flow and audit flow.

Request management manages project's initial request and delivered systems or services. It provides foundations for scheme management and feasibility research, which is a repeated process requiring various department participation.

Feasibility report management manages project feasibility report and relative evaluation, demonstration and analysis. These documents will be stored in classification for easy searching.

Audit management is the most important part in project initiation management. Driven by workflow engine, it will automatically execute pre-defined audit flow and completely record audit advices, approve and etc during audit process, ensuring preciseness of project initiation.

Evaluation Management, realizing project close-circle management.
Unison™ evaluation management module is featured with such functions as method management, project evaluation, project close-circle management, evaluated achievements promotion and application tracking; it is a most important module for enterprises to realize project close-circle management and knowledge accumulation.


Enterprise defines and manages evaluation standards and methods according to its own project features, and evaluates projects according to these standards; the more detailed evaluation standards are divided, the more accurate project's evaluation results will be, and the higher value promotional application will have.

The system also provides close-circle management. Through project sum-up, this function will locate and shut down problems occurred in projects, and promote the application and tracking in follow-up projects.
