development. With this module, managing personnel is able
to accurately execute and manage changes according to project's
implementation status and project scale/progress management
plan.
Functions
Project change management module mainly manages changes of
scale and progress. By managing change causes and strictly
executing change audit, it will ensure controllability and
order of changes.
System is built based on workflow engine. Enterprises can self define various kinds of change audit processes in order to fit different applications caused by different changes.
Featuring change request management, the system can effectively manage change causes, contents and other information, which will be recorded and stored automatically for future trace. Change will be executed only after its change request is passed certain audit procedures.
