UniAudit™ Audit Management Module
 

Overview
UniAudit™ is used for managing company's internal audit (as well as audit for supplier and the third party), supporting complete audit from beginning to the end including checklist design, audit plan, progress management, input of audit results as well as tracking corrective actions and etc. UniAudit™ supports unified measure for execution and recording of management audit and measurement management. Therefore, it insures access to all relative background information during audit, like: files, conclusion report and etc, enabling the quick release of follow-up report, tasks, measures and audit meeting summary.

• Employing the B/S structure, creating a multi-user environment with access rights and passwords for various different roles.
• Unified database collects all records, reaching a higher level of organization management for events and questions; it can also integrate with various database management systems, i.e. Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, Informix, Access and etc.
• Eliminating manual sorting and works for filtering records, avoiding incomplete information recording.
• Person in charge of pending task will automatically receive reminder notice, supporting various mailing system (i.e. Outlook).
• Ensuring full communication among participants in handling process, thoroughly eliminating paperwork communication.

Functions
Based on workflow, UniAudit™ precisely identifies quality key points affecting overall company run, accurately displaying performances of audited fields.

• Audit Plan¡ª¡ªDesign and progress plan arrangement for repeated audit activities. There are no limits on the numbers of managed audit plan including dates and liability party. It can also effectively and promptly update audit and execution of audit plans and remind due dates.
• Audit Finding¡ª¡ªManaging problems found from each audit (projects with problems). Supporting defined fields and classified management of company's audit finding and observation results.
• Audit Checklist¡ª¡ªListing problems needing review during certain audit and recording specified reference and observation results during certain audit. There are no limits on numbers of recordable audit checklists. Creating company's own audit checklists is permitted.
• Audit Template¡ª¡ªAssisting to problem library designed by checklist.
• Audit Factors¡ª¡ªList of checklist factors, each factor represents one problem and its conclusion. Tracking for audit factors can record audit findings, inconsistency problems as well as details of corrective measures including complete execution and effective tracking.

• For those periodical audits with pre-defined implement, audit plan can be automatically created within appointed period according to different frequencies, no need for manual repeated works. Audit plan adopts configurable calendar, displaying auditors work plans in forms of calendar arrangements, electronic sheets and Gantt chart.
• Various kinds of parameters can be used to abstract relative audits, inconsistency, finished tasks and other information like time phases, audited units, status and etc; electronic form and charges (bar chart, pareto chart, pie chart and etc) will be constructed; detailed and general audit reports will be printed in several standard formats, providing customization tools for report formats.
• Providing detailed audit results records including responses to all audit problems, like request criteria, objective proof, proof methods, auditor observation materials and etc.
• All audit processes are in compatible with international quality standards.
