UniInspec™ Inspection Management Module
 

Overview
UniInspec™ insures that all purchased or produced products meet client's quality level. UniInspec™ establishes purchasing rules which requests purchasing qualified components/raw materials and services from quailed supplier. Furthermore, it also defines guidelines of inspection, verification and test for products or services, providing flexible and high quality measures for the execution of these activities.

• Employing the B/S structure, creating a multi-user environment with access rights and passwords for various different roles.
• Unified database collects all records, reaching a higher level of organization management for events and questions; it can also integrate with various database management systems, i.e. Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, Informix, Access and etc.
• Eliminating manual sorting and works for filtering records, avoiding incomplete information recording.
• Person in charge of pending task will automatically receive reminder notice, supporting various mailing system (i.e. Outlook).
• Ensuring full communication among participants in handling process, thoroughly eliminating paperwork communication.
• E-signature in handling process.

 

Functions
Based on workflow system, UniInspec™ automatically notifies (or via email) persons who are in charge of pending tasks by pending task management system and audits all relative information registration, ensuring quick handling of pending tasks.

Automatically executing all procedures during inspection: starting with receipt of components/raw materials and evaluating goods supply conditions, to inspecting technique features, then to release product quality report, and ending with discovery of failed products and submitting corrective measures. It brings convenience and flexibility of the whole team during inspection.

Filing all information relative to purchasing order, purchased components/raw materials and etc, and recording pre-set delivery conditions as well as completed effective deliveries. What's more, UniInspec™ optimizes product's inspection frequency (inspection by lots), eliminating unnecessary inspections and effectively deploying human and financial resources during inspection. Meanwhile, UniInspec™ insures correct execution of inspection plan, and automatically recognizes samples from different lots, therefore fastening the process of stocking products.

Featured with various types of view and charts, as well as sheets containing analysis of accurate information such as products, receipt, inspections, failed products and suppliers, UniInspec™ is able to evaluate all history information of inspection and achieved results.
