Overview
UniSPC™ module is designed for statistic process of
automatic production and to assist managing level and production
teams to achieve quality control and production goal, ensuring
high quality and quick response in evaluation and decision-making
process.
• Employing the B/S structure, creating a multi-user
environment with access rights and passwords for various different
roles.
• Unified database collects all records, reaching a
higher level of organization management for events and questions;
it can also integrate with various database management systems,
i.e. Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, Informix, Access and etc.
• Eliminating manual sorting and works for filtering
records, avoiding incomplete information recording.
• Person in charge of pending task will automatically
receive reminder notice, supporting various mailing system
(i.e. Outlook).
• Ensuring full communication among participants in
handling process, thoroughly eliminating paperwork communication.
• E-signature in handling process.

Functions
Based on workflow system, UniSPC™ automatically notifies
(or via email) persons who are in charge of pending tasks
by pending task management system, ensuring quick handling
of pending tasks. Even if these pending tasks have any delays,
people in charge will be notified in time and will ensure
to complete each steps in SPC.
Having powerful statistic tools, UniSPC™ is able to
process all collected data in real time and signals and alarms
for out-of-control process in real time, therefore reducing
the junks and shutdown times during production. UniSPC™
can also recognize key problems, reducing deviation, monitor
usual deviation, confirm process, comprehend and optimize
company's process as well as ensure reliability of products
and services.
Automatic calculation index: average value, scale, maximum
and minimum value, lower and upper limit of value Z, inconsistency
percentage, Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk, control limit, deviation, trend
analysis and etc.
In order to fit manufacturing procedures of various kinds
of products and used by companies, all SPC parameters can
be configured including variable data and attribute data.
Through configuring diagrams, importing files or directly
collecting process data from measuring instruments, UniSPC™
will automatically create multiple electronic diagrams and
control graphs, i.e. average value, scale, dispersion, histogram,
defects, defect ratio and etc.
