Overview
View management is one of the most important module of Unison™.
It helps managing level, project managing department and project
personnel-in-charge fast search for information related to
themselves. It can also directly display project full life
cycle and information to the users, especially making it convenient
for all managing levels to quickly master project status and
finalizing managing strategies.
Functions
Managing decision-maker view provides effective information
of such key links as project initiation, project conflict
and etc, assisting managing personnel to make correct decisions.
During project initiation phase, managing personnel can view pre-researched project results, reference similar project execution status and conclusion, in order to decide whether to initialize a project and project's priority level, to be in accordance with enterprise's overall strategy.
When there is a serious conflict between project progress and resource, needing managing personnel to make decisions, managing personnel can obtain comparative analysis data of each project's progress, resource, expenses and etc, as well as obtaining enterprise's overall resource status in order to make correct decisions.
The system provides continuous tracking and information recording for project's full life cycle in order to ensure reliability of management data evaluation, helping decision-maker achieve close circle and continuous improvement of project decision-making.
Project management department view. The system provides such tools as multi-project combination, resource conflict coordination to assist project management department to manage enterprise's all currently operating projects. It balances short-term profit and long-term profit, effectively use limited resources and creates knowledge share among projects, maximizing enterprise's profit.
Project manager view assists project manager to make, implement
and adjust a plan in current environment resource condition
in order to meet the goal; system displays project information
in forms of WBS, Gantt chart, network graph and sheet, enabling
project manager to make appropriate plan and discover deviations
between plan and actual execution in time during project execution,
therefore to take appropriate actions and better control project
progress. Meanwhile, knowledge will be accumulated continuously
during the progress and business skills will be improved as
well.
